Muffins with cheese and olives

280 g of flour
2 eggs
80 g cow butter Borovitza
2 tsp baking powder
200 g Borovitza white cow's cheese
200 g of Borovitza yogurt
100 g pitted olives
1 tsp savory (dry)
1/2 tsp. black pepper ground

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 12 muffins

Cooking Method:
Cut the olives into small pieces, melt the butter and let it cool, and crumble the cheese. In a large bowl, pour the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper and savoury and mix them well. In another bowl, beat the eggs and yogurt and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix well, pour in the butter and stir until the mixture is soft and smooth. Finally, add the cheese and olives and stir well to distribute them evenly in the dough. Pour the dough mixture in muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Co. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
