Corn bread with nettles and cheese
400 g of Borovitza yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
250 g of Borovitza white cheese
150 g white flour
250 g corn flour
100 g nettles
150 ml of vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6 -8
Clean the nettles and put them in hot water for a few minutes. Rinse, drain well and chop finely.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and vegetable oil. Add the soda to the yogurt and mix well. Pour into the egg mixture and stir. Mix the two types of flour, add the baking powder and mix.
Add the flour mixture to the rest of the products, add the salt, nettle and crumbled white cheese. Pour the mixture into a greased pan of size approximately 25 by 35 centimetres. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Co.
