Farmer’s White Cow Cheese, produced by using the traditional technology from 100% cow’s milk of our cows, bred in the Belogradchik region. Curdled with Bulgarian rennet and starter cultures. This cheese matures for a minimum of 40 days, which contributes to its specific milky taste, flavour and texture.
